Join OPRD, Oxford Lions Club and the Cincinnati Circus for this fun uptown Halloween event! Magicians, Balloon Artist, Face painting and plenty of games and candy for all ages. It's also "Uptown Trick-or-Treat" at the local businesses, so be sure to swing by our Oxford restaurants and shops for more trick-or-treat fun!
