This parked is named after Oxford's first City Manager, Mr. Leonard G. Howell. Mr. Howell was City Manager from 1962-1967.
Located at 5200 Bonham Rd. just south of Millett Hall / Yager Stadium, this 9 acre park features a new playground, open green space and a picnic shelter with cooking grills. Recreational trail access is also available to the OATS Trail and Miami Natural Areas Trails.
