To ensure a clean, welcoming space for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
Access
Contact OPRD to schedule a time to pick up the keys.
Drop off keys at the TRI Dropbox. (located outside the main entry door)
Please do not park in spaces facing the apartments - those spots are for tenants.
Your reservation includes the GREAT ROOM only. Please do not enter the craft room or library.
The following are not part of the rental and should not be used:
Pool tables
Sound system
Coffee maker
Furniture
Additional tables are stored behind rolling room dividers in the great room
Additional chairs are in the large storage closet off the great room next to the kitchen
Clean-Up
Cleaning supplies can be found in cabinets under the sink and in the janitor closet near the water fountain.
Wipe down all tables, bathroom and kitchen counters.
Sweep floor.
Return all furniture to its original location at the end of your event.
Empty trash cans and put the bags in dumpster at the back parking lot.
